Firstly, a very big heartfelt THANK YOU for your continued loyalty and custom. The orders that we have received during this time has really moved and overwhelmed us. We’re so appreciative of your support. We truly believe that together with kindness and compassion, we can all get through this, however tough and strange things might seem right now.
Luckily, as a small independent British brand, we were and are versatile enough to quickly adapt, re-calibrate and adjust to this new reality; we are determined to see through this crisis and come out stronger on the other side.
We now spend our days looking inwards and enjoying the small things in life. We hope that our small parcels of sparkling treasures bring a little bit of joy and happiness to your day. From our homes to yours.

- We want to reassure you that we are taking all necessary steps to follow the World Health Organization and UK guidelines. Our priority is the safety of our customers and ourselves.
- All orders are being packed and sent from our homes with freshly sanitised and gloved hands.
- We’re processing and shipping orders with usual speed; same day or within one working day.
- All of our parcels are being sent via Tracked 24 Hour or Tracked 48 Hour Delivery and you will always be provided with a tracking number for peace of mind so you will always be able to see where your parcel is on its journey.
- However, please be aware that Royal Mail, due to increased demand and low staffing, are experiencing delays of up to 72 hours, but they are working extremely hard to deliver orders within 5-10 working days. Although we hope to have your new items with you by your estimated delivery date, we are unable to guarantee this at this time.
- Europe orders are currently seeing minor delays of up to 2 days.
- International deliveries may also be delayed due to low staffing within shipping/delivery companies, but we are doing all we can to ensure they leave our side on time.
