Last order dates for Christmas delivery:
UK (shipping from Manchester, UK) - 18th December (Royal Mail 24 tracked)
We will continue dispatching UK orders up to 22nd December. However, due to seasonal demand, we can’t guarantee delivery before Christmas.
Our warehouse will be closed from 23rd December to 5th January.
USA (shipping from Chicago, IL) - 16th December
US orders will continue to be dispatched as usual throughout the holiday period (excluding weekends and public holidays). However, due to seasonal demand, please expect some delays to both dispatch and delivery.

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 48 hours (Monday–Friday).

- Royal Mail Tracked 48 – £2.95 - Delivery in 2–3 business days (Free on orders over £50)
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £5.95 - Delivery in 1–2 business days (order before 12pm for same-day dispatch.)
USA Delivery
Orders ship from Chicago, IL
- Standard Tracked – $4.95 - Delivery in 3–5 business days (Free on orders over $80)

Returns Policy
To initiate a return, please email returns@arcticfoxandco.com and we will give you full instructions based on your country of residence.
🎄 Extended Christmas Returns 🎄
Our returns policy is extended for Christmas orders. Orders placed between 1st November 2025 - 25th December 2025 can be returned up until 31st January 2026.

Returns Options
- Customer-Initiated Return (Using Your Own Postage): You have the option to use your preferred courier service to send back the item(s) to us. Please ensure that the returns form is included in the parcel. Keep in mind that the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.

UK ONLY - Arctic Fox & Co. Provided Returns Label: If you prefer the convenience of a pre-paid returns label, simply reach out to us at returns@arcticfoxandco.com. We will be happy to send you a returns label via email. Please note that a nominal fee of £3 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of your label.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date (extended returns in place over Christmas period).
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery cannot be returned unless faulty.
Processing Your Return
Once we receive your return package, please allow up to 14 business days for us to process your return and issue your refund. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
Exchanges
We unfortunately currently are not able offer exchanges; If you need a different colour or item, simply return the original item(s) following the instructions above and place a new order on our website. If you get in touch with us regarding your intent to exchange via returns@arcticfoxandco.com we will provide Free Shipping on your new order.
