Orders ship from Manchester, UK

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 – £2.95 - Shipping time 2–3 business days (Free on orders over £50)
• Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £5.95 - Shipping time 1–2 business days (order before 12pm for same-day dispatch.)

USA Delivery

Orders ship from Chicago, IL

• Standard Tracked – $4.95 - Shipping time 2–5 business days  (Free on orders over $80)

Europe Delivery

Coming this November: faster, duty-free delivery across the EU, shipped directly from our fulfilment partner in the Netherlands.

Returns Policy

At Arctic Fox, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help!

UK & US Returns

If you're based in the UK or US, you can easily request a return through our Returns Portal.

Simply follow the instructions using your order number and email address. A prepaid return label will be provided at a fixed cost of £3 for UK customers or $5 for US customers.

Returns from Other Countries

If you're based outside the UK or US, please email us at returns@arcticfoxandco.com and we'll be happy to guide you through the returns process.

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date (extended returns in place over Christmas period).
• Items must be in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.
• For hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery cannot be returned unless faulty.

Processing Your Return

Once we receive your return package, please allow up to 14 business days for us to process your return and issue your refund. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

Exchanges

We unfortunately currently are not able offer exchanges; If you need a different colour or item, simply return the original item(s) following the instructions above and place a new order on our website. If you get in touch with us regarding your intent to exchange via returns@arcticfoxandco.com we will provide Free Shipping on your new order.
